The Qureka! Box is designed to introduce to high school and undergraduate students, as well as the general public, the fascinating world of quantum computing.Â
The box features interactive game-based hands-on teaching and learning tools in quantum computing promoting maximum engagement and interest while ensuring that nobody is left behind. The box provides a complete set of tools that minimizes the need for abstract imagination.Â
Learning objectives
- Understand core principles like superposition, entanglement, and wave-particle duality.Â
- Differentiate classical bits (0/1) from qubits (superposition, entanglement).Â
- Use the QbitBox to visualize 0, 1, and superposition states.Â
- Represent qubit states geometrically in 3D space.Â
- Write and manipulate quantum states using bra-ket notation (e.g., |0⟩, |+⟩).Â
- Apply X, Y, Z, H, and CNOT gates mathematically and in circuits.Â
- Build basic circuits (e.g., Bell states) on platforms like IBM Quantum Composer.Â
